Burnishing Media For all kinds of surface processing, we provide a wide variety of media in different materials and different shapes for the best result. Our burnishing media are manufactured in carbon steel,stainless steel 304, 316 and 420. Normally, carbon steel media are used for common surface polishing with mild chemical compounds.

　
While stainless media are used where there is a corrosive chemical compound involved. Carbon steel media are popular for massive and economical polishing processes. For a better durability, we sometimes recommend through hardened carbon steel media.
　
With a view to satisfy demand for higher burnishing efficiency, we have developed grooved pins to maximize surface contact and friction with only little cost increase. This has never been done before and we are proud to introduce it to the surface processing industry.
