The production of steel balls involves a few important metal working processes such as cutting, cold forging, heat treating, grinding and surface processing. During such a long process, every step must be closely controlled so that the quality is kept as consistent as possible.

　

Our production process starts with wire material. Steel wires go through heading, flashing, heat treating, hard grinding and polishing. The finished products then go through a final inspection and grading. The whole process is reviewed periodically to ensure the highest efficiency.
