Balls of this category represent those made in special materials or special finish. These balls come in two major types, non-ferrous balls and plated balls.

Non-ferrous balls

　

We are in a position to supply non-ferrous balls in Aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, ceramic and nylon. Each material has different characteristics and is suitable for a special application.

　

Plated balls

For certain special applications like electronic devices and parts where corrosion or rust must not be present, plated balls are usually used. It is much more economical than stainless balls or brass balls and is ideal for applications where cost is a prime concern. Normally, the carbon steel ball used as a plating base is unhardened. We are in a position to supply steel balls with a chrome, nickel, zinc, brass, bronze, gold or silver plating. Any other special material is also available on request.
